A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, Ania built her foundation in Fashion Design, where her growing interest in accessory design refined her understanding of craftsmanship, precision, and the strategic role of detail in contemporary fashion.
By integrating expertise across apparel and accessories, she developed a distinctive design philosophy—one that balances timeless elegance, architectural simplicity, and subtle yet deliberate design tension. This approach became the cornerstone of Philo, a brand defined by clarity of form, restraint, and understated confidence.
A Polish-born designer with professional roots in New York, Ania made a conscious decision to return to Europe to fully execute her long-term creative and business vision. Philo embodies a considered dialogue between European elegance—disciplined, refined, and enduring—and American ease, modernity, and freedom of expression.
"My work is guided by emotion, but shaped by intention. For me, design is about balance—aligning purpose with expression," says Ania.
Her career spans multiple dimensions of the fashion industry. Experience as a model, combined with internships at leading global fashion houses including Chloé, Victoria's Secret, and Alberta Ferretti, provided her with a comprehensive understanding of fashion from both creative and commercial perspectives. Education and professional development in New York, the world's fashion capital further strengthened her strategic approach to brand-building.
