Philo Premiere processes online orders from Monday through Friday. Shipping costs are not included in the listed product prices and are calculated and added at the final stage of checkout.

All orders are processed upon confirmation of payment. Packages are prepared for dispatch within 3–7 business days from the date the transaction is completed.

• InPost – Cash on Delivery (Poland, business days) 7 EUR
• InPost Courier (Poland, business days) 5 EUR
• InPost / DPD Pickup Points & Parcel Lockers (Poland) 4 EUR
• DPD Courier (Poland, Saturday delivery) 17 EUR

• FedEx Courier (European Union) 36 EUR

• FedEx Courier (Outside the European Union) 50 EUR

Unpaid orders will be held for up to three (3) business days. Orders not collected or paid within this timeframe will be automatically canceled.
